Kathmandu: The Government of Nepal has announced the implementation of an Integrated Project Bank starting in fiscal year 2082/83. The move aims to eliminate duplication in development plans across federal, provincial, and local levels.

President Ram Chandra Paudel, while presenting the policy and programs for the upcoming fiscal year in the joint session of Parliament, shared the government’s commitment to making intergovernmental plans more effective.

He further emphasized that the federal, provincial, and local governments will implement the list of exclusive and shared powers more effectively through this new initiative.
