Speaking to journalists at Tribhuvan International Airport on Thursday, Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba shared that during her visit to Oman, she discussed Bipin Joshi’s situation with Iran’s Foreign Minister. However, Iran’s Foreign Minister stated that they have not yet received clear details about Joshi’s
