Registrar Shyam Lamsal stated that the new system was introduced due to the rising number of patients visiting the institute daily. The digital upgrade aims to streamline service delivery and reduce long queues, enhancing the overall experience for patients.

With over 800 patients visiting daily, the institute hopes this digital transition will significantly ease the burden on both patients and administrative staff, bringing efficiency and transparency into healthcare service delivery.
