Kathmandu: The NRB pre-budget review 2082/83 has officially been handed over to the Ministry of Finance. Acting Governor Dr. Neelam Dhungana Timsina submitted the report to Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel on Sunday.
